The newly built Villa Aelia, spanning 160 sq.m., was designed with respect for architectural proportions and Mediterranean colors. We chose the shade of olive to blend harmoniously with the natural surroundings, creating an atmosphere of discreet luxury amidst the island’s lush greenery. With four spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom,two on each floor, it can comfortably accommodate eight adults, with additional space for children as needed.
Large volumes and simple forms define the villa, designed for private moments of pure enjoyment. The structure consists of three distinct sections, one two-story and two ground-floor volumes, offering a unique layout. Most of the villa’s living spaces are arranged on the ground floor, where you will find the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, shared bathroom, and two bedrooms with private bathrooms.
One master bedroom is located on an elevated level next to the kitchen, while another, designed for guests with mobility difficulties, is situated near the living room. A staircase next to the kitchen leads to the upper floor, where the second master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is located, along with the fourth bedroom, which also has a private bathroom.
All four independent bedrooms feature multiple openings, ensuring natural ventilation and cooling during the warm summer months. These large openings not only bring in fresh air but also offer breathtaking views of the open horizon, emphasizing simplicity and tranquility.
The villa’s impressive 12x4m infinity pool, with an overflowing waterfall that cascades into a canal lined with mosaic and marble, creates the illusion of endless blue. The surrounding outdoor space is carefully designed, featuring a well-manicured lawn, sun loungers, gazebos, pergolas for shade, elegant garden furniture, and a wooden swing for moments of pure relaxation.
